Manage Your Blackberry

"Manage Your Blackberry" is a change-driven workshop that will enable you to immediately seize control of your Blackberry and reduce interruption stress.

Blackberry's are a wonderful work tool, but used unmanaged they encourages interruption stress and multitasking which has been linked to a drastically lower quality of attention and output. The British Institute of Psychiatry showed that checking your email while performing another creative task decreases your IQ in the moment 10 points. That is the equivalent of not sleeping for 36 hours.

"Enlightened companies that issue BlackBerrys as standard like pen and paper should also have policies on how to use them, so that people can use technology in a way that doesn't have an addictive side,"

Professor KakabadseNorthampton Business School.

Make sure your Blackberry is working for you by utilising our common-sense toolbox for action, reducing the stress of this always-on communication device and making your limited time more productive.
