Mapping the Challenge & Opportunity

"Mapping the Challenge & Opportunity" is an initialising session to kick-start your project and unearth the opportunities for innovation buried within the problem you are trying to solve.

Time and time again web projects and businesses fail regardless of the amount of money spent.  In almost all cases, it is the project concept that has not been invested in correctly. This is the first of three workshops that help you do that up-front thinking - saving money, time and ensuring success later.

Immediately gain project scope, bring problems to light ahead of time and clarify the requirements of the work to be done, ensuring a excellent start to your project or business activity.

Who will benefit from the session?

This session will benefit anyone who wants to get the highest ROI (of time, energy and money) from the web in their project or business.

With the help of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Unearth the values for the project that will act as fuel for the innovation process
  • Clarify the barriers for success
  • Identify the challenges that must be overcome
  • Outline the opportunities for innovation
